Personal Assistant (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description

1. Organize and manage meeting schedules, agendas, and daily activities of the CEO.
2. Manage documents, including meeting minutes and reports.
3. Handle and manage administrative data so that it is stored completely, accurately and confidentially.

Qualifications

1. Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English (both Spoken, Written, and Read).
2. Minimum 1 year of experience as an assistant.
3. Good communication skill, well-organized, and attention to details.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook). Honesty and Integrity/responsibilities for assisting foreign expat to accomodate into Indonesia daily life
5. Experience for work in HK or Singapore preferred
