Terms and Conditions for Candidates

1. Candidate agrees to secure candidate account credentials and to not disclose candidate email and password to anyone. Candidate will be fully responsible on keeping your account.
2. By registering account, the candidate agrees to allow BangKerja to save your email, phone number, first name, last name, preferred position, preferred work location, education level.
3. By applying jobs to BangKerja, the candidate agrees to allow BangKerja & clients to save your CV, name, expected salary, reason to apply, email, phone number, linkedin, once you submitted your job application.
4. Candidate agrees that BangKerja can use and recommend your CV, and profile (work experience, phone number, gender, and other information Candidate puts in candidate profile) to companies or clients.
5. BangKerja will not disclose candidates CV, profile to any other job finding platforms or clients that the candidates never applied jobs to without the candidates' permission.

Terms and Conditions for Clients

1. Client agrees to use BangKerja to post client’s job vacancy.
2. Client agrees to share job posting information to BangKerja for job posting creation purpose, and BangKerja can edit or delete the job posting when the information in the job posting does not meet BangKerja requirement.
