- Conduct follow-ups and sales offers to potential clients.

- Update and maintain customer databases on a regular basis.
- Assist in handling and resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Sales staff in Freight Forwarding / Logistics / Shipping Line industry.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Mandarin language proficiency is highly preferred.
- Energetic, dynamic, and willing to work mobile.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and client dealing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willing to work on Saturdays.
